This is a movie regarding a global issue about intruding into the life of every citizen in the name of defence of the nation.A bird watcher accidently got a video of a political murder,the murder of a leader who was opposed the act.The villain group(secret service) came to know this and started chasing him.But he died leaving the casette eith our hero will smith without his knowledge.So secret service is after him and he becomes enemy of the state.They bugged all the belongings of will.He got assistance from former member of secret service.
