Jim Carrey in a completely different character.Irrespective of his humourous movies he is serious and played as a murderer with confused state of mind.He doesnt know whether he is in real world and what he remembers have really happened or mere imagination.This happens as a result of reading a book entitled "Number 23".Then he relates every instance in book with his real life.He believes the number "23" chases him in every part of life.Eventually he suspects wife too.At last he come to know the truth.
